Aviation Trainee Jobs description
An aviation trainee assists in the control of air traffic at airports, giving pilots taxiing and take-off instructions. Duties include providing information taken from the National Weather Service, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources. An aviation trainee also provides information on separating aircrafts flying along the federal airways.The maximum age considered for an aviation trainee position is 30 years (the person should be hired prior to reaching 31st birthday). Prior relevant experience or training in air traffic control is desirable.
