Aviation Planner Jobs description
An aviation planner is involved in activities such as planning, drawing an airport layout, land use planning, and noise/environmental analysis. Duties also include handling environmental studies, planning and attending client meetings, participating in business development activities, and mentoring planning staff.An aviation planner usually has a bachelor's degree. A person with 3 to 5 years of experience in a field related to aviation planning may be considered for an aviation planner job. Experience in aircraft noise, land use planning, airport facility planning, and/or financial studies may be considered a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
