Experience Required
3-5 years critical care or emergency nursing experience. 
 
Previous flight and/or transport experience preferred. 
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Education Requirements
Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing.
 
BSN Preferred
License/Certification Requirements
Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse required 
Must have one of the following on hire:
o   NJ EMT certification or eligible for reciprocity
o   NJ Paramedic
o   NJ Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN)  certifications preferred
***If candidate does not possess NJ Paramedic or NJ MICN, NJ MICN must be obtained during specified orientation period (within 6 months of hire).
 
CFRN, CCRN, CEN, TCRN, CTRN, or CPEN required
o   If candidates does not possesses CFRN, it must be obtained within one year of date of hire
BLS, ACLS, and PALS or PEPP certifications required 
ATCN required within 24 months of hire.
Current state issued driver's license required
Special Requirements
Scheduled Days / Hours: Varies PRN; 
 
Must be physically able to work in all weather and environmental conditions, able to lift and move patients in all circumstance and perform all duties consistent with providing ALS and/or BLS in the pre-hospital or interfacility environment (air or ground).
