Job Description :
The Helotrac fleet management analyst position is an integral part of the Helotrac fleet management team. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert pertaining to aircraft maintenance operations; he/she will be responsible to translate technical maintenance requirement and field data into Helotrac. The candidate should have a working knowledge of aircraft configuration, aircraft maintenance practices, and various regulation requirements.
Responsibilities of the analyst include but not limited to the following:
• Responsible for the delivery, quality, communication, and accuracy associated with the building of new aircraft records within the application.
• Reviewing maintenance data from a wide variety of data sources and translating that into Helotrac maintenance requirements.
• Supporting customer issues and requirements on an as needed basis
• Interfacing with other Fleet Analytics team members to share knowledge and assist in projects as needed.
• Communicating directly with customers on a daily basis.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• A&P license.
• BA or BS degree
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance and support
• 3–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or field operations
• Skilled in Excel and Access databases applications
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal, presentation and written)
• Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivated
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Focused on data accuracy
• Able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
