Work in a highly collaborative environment with the\rability to learn from and influence multiple programs and domains regularly.\rUtilize a variety of skills on a regular basis including synthesis of new\rarchitectures that meld commercial and military functionality, systems\rengineering development best practices, debug and test in an integrated lab\renvironment, and providing written and verbal correspondence across multiple\rinternational boundaries/management levels/domains. Discover new opportunities\rto unleash your talents in a robust and challenging environment.\r\rGeneral\rresponsibilities\r-Providing direct support to customers to answer questions\rand solve technical issues\r-Participate to the design of the current and\rfuture products of Safran Electronics and Defense, USA.\r-Define, plan, and\rdevelop operations requirements on the physical processes, procedures, and\rsupport equipment necessary to support airborne and avionics\rsystems.\r-Provide support to domains for verifying regular software builds in\ran integrated test environment and support formal verification events during\rmajor deliveries.Create and review flight and ground evaluations and test\rplans.\r-Create, test, validate and dispatch customer specific software\rconfiguration of legacy and future products.\r-Review customer requirements to\rassess compliance and/or provides technical support for Original Equipment\rManufacturer customer inquiries and issue resolution.\r-Perform technical\rmarket researches in support of product definition and/or business development\rinitiatives and/or develops and performs human factors\revaluations.\r-Continually develop and improve practices and processes related\rto development and certification.\r-Participate to the Health and Safety\rEnvironment Projects and Green Design of the future products of SEDA\rUSA\r-Assist and support the production of the product for which SEDA USA is\rthe Original Equipment Manufacturer
A successful candidate should have experience working in highly collaborative\renvironments, demonstrate the ability to take ownership of tasks and lead\refforts spanning multiple stakeholders, possess exceptional written and oral\rcommunication skills, the ability to break down and execute on complex tasks\rwith minimal instructions, and have a keen aptitude for technical work that\rspans multiple levels of detail.\r-Arinc 429, 708\r-Mil- Std-1553\r-CAN\rBUS, RS-232, RS-422, & RS-485\r-TSO, PMA, STC, & TC.\r-Aviation\rsubsystems such as AHRS, Airdata Computer, Data-Recording, Engine monitoring\retc. Degree in System Engineering with hands on experience \r-8 to 10 years\rrelevant aerospace/space industry applicable experience is\rrequired.\r-Familiarity with the identification of necessary operational\rcontrols using Hazard Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis/Critical\rItems List products.\r-Experience in requirements formulation, assessment, and\rverification\r-Critical thinking, effective communications, problem\rsolving.\r-Excellent team working skills prompt to initiative and very well\rorganized.\r-Advanced level - MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,\rVision and Project.\r-Basic level - C/C code\r-Must be authorized to work\rin the United States without company sponsorship.\r-Must be able to travel\rdomestically and internationally\r-Must have not be banned of access from\rother companies.\r-This position requires use of information or access to\rhardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations\r(ITAR).
