This position oversees the entire operation for the Domestic or International PARK-RIDE Division.
Tour facility daily to ensure adherence to all established policy/procedure.
Report observed structural deficiencies to appropriate individual or entity daily.
Review operations logs daily.
Coordinate monitoring and trouble-shooting of revenue control equipment with subcontractor weekly or daily when needed.
Conduct daily briefings with supervisors in absence of ops manager.
Meet with ops to disseminate additional information to be discussed in daily briefings.
Monitor daily briefings to ensure sharing of information.
Ensure all signage and space availability information communicated is accurate and updated daily throughout shift.
Monitor departmental processes and procedures and revise or make recommendations for revisions to maximize operational efficiency.
Observe hourly and management staff daily to ensure compliance with established policy/procedure.
Develop methods to enhance knowledge of team in regards to workforce management (i.e.HR guidelines, GL procedures, Audit processes, etc.)
Communicate with peers regarding methods of cross training monthly.
Conducting interview sessions with hourly and management staff as needed.
Training incoming supervisors on final week of training to ensure they are fully trained and understand functions of operation duties and responsibilities.
Implement or revise departmental policies as needed.
Conduct weekly State of The Operation Meetings with team (each Wednesday on Thursday when GM conducts all ops meeting).
Develop/update training modules for all SP hourly and management positions on an as needed basis.
Complete annual and quarterly appraisals for SP ops team.
Oversee workforce management assigned duties and responsibilities of ops team.
Completion of Monthly Courtesy Assist Report forwarded to AGM for PRM.
Track and approve benefit approvals for SP ops team.
Review all assigned reports weekly/monthly before forwarded to GM.
Communicate with subcontractors and support departments to ensure compliance with all established requirements.
Follow up on inquiries regarding any type incident reports with appropriate individuals or entities.
Disseminate authorized information to ops team for sharing with staff and other departments as required.
Attend PRM prep meeting twice monthly and update on operational issues as needed.
Attend monthly Employee Committee Meetings(assist in functions as needed).
Conduct 1st step grievance hearings and respond(2nd step in absence of AGM).
Resolve and issue written responses for employee concerns handled departmentally.

Ensure employee related issues which require escalation are forwarded to either GM or HR whichever applies.
Meetings with Union Officials to discuss matters of concern as needed.
Respond to customer concerns that are escalated or refer to AGM when appropriate.
Exercise the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction including the Five Customer Service Behaviors to ensure successful customer interactions.
Be familiar with all aspects of each location in the event of contingency situations which enables me to assist where needed.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the parking facilities to include major roadways,interstates, landmarks, airline locations, cashier booths, lost and found etc. for customer assistance.
Any/all duties of ops and supervisors as support or when needed in absence of either.
3 or more years management experience preferred.
Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Budgeting, expense control and scheduling experience.
