Sr Corporate Development Analyst','34549','!*!
Design, create and utilize financial models to
quantify the economic impact of proposed ventures, projects, RFPs and
deployment of capital. Will be involved in the following activities:
acquisitions, disposals and competitive bid responses. Provide quantitative and
empirical data to support management decision process.
Analyze and evaluate potential acquisition candidates.
Assist in development of acquisition strategies.¬† Create pro-forma financial models to support
business development activities.
Prepare board papers for senior management and
parent company approval of transactions.
Assist in the coordination of due diligence
activities related to acquisitions.¬†
Assist various BBA resources and external resources to achieve the final
closing of transactions.¬† Monitor and
analyze businesses, market and economic trends to provide qualitative and
quantitative decision support.
Develop reports, statistics
and forecasts for planning and benchmarking activities.¬† Prepare reports which summarize and forecast
company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses
and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.¬† Assist in integration of acquisitions into
Signature network.¬† Analyze financial
information pertaining to possible acquisitions.¬† Make recommendations and assist in
integration of accounting records of acquisitions.¬† Miscellaneous project work as assigned.','!*!

Bachelor‚Äôs Degree in Business, Finance or
Accounting from a four-year college or university. Must possess strong oral
and written communication skills. Skilled in Windows environment, advanced
skills using Microsoft Excel and Power Point highly desirable. Airports,
aviation industry and prior business development experience preferred. MBA
A minimum of five years prior experience in
modeling and financial analysis required and several years of mergers and
acquisitions (corporate development) experience preferred.
