\u003cli\u003eCoordinates aircraft de-icing operations on the terminal ramp.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitors and assigns unleased gates to airline tenants.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInspects and monitors airside activities to include air carrier, cargo and fixed base operations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsures continuous services during abnormal conditions such as aircraft emergencies and diversions, wildlife mitigation, and severe weather.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eConducts movement area driver training on the airfield.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinates with other MNAA departments to ensure exemplary customer experience throughout MNAA facilities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAdheres to wildlife management procedures as it pertains to mitigating, trapping, and managing habitats to discourage wildlife activity.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollects data and creates reports regarding customer experiences and airside efficenicies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains records for currency and compliance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with planning and organizing use of ticket counters and baggage claim areas.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvides assistance with updating and maintaining operations policies, airport certifications, plans, and procedures.\u003c/li\u003e
