Responsibilities include;Develops, plans and manages complex programs with high business impact and\/or long implementation time frames. Serves as the client\u2019s agent or representative, providing oversight guidance and\/or direction to multiple firms engaged in a given project for a client or program.\u00a0Principal Duties and Responsibilities\u2022Act as the Liaison between the LGAR team and the Port Authority for the Tennent Construction and Alteration Process (TCAP).\u2022Interface with the Design Teams for comments on designs primarily for Life \u2013 Safety Code Matters.\u2022Coordinate and interface with PA Quality and Code Departments on their comments.\u2022Coordinate and interface with PA Aviation and Engineering on their comments.\u2022Further duties and responsibilities as deemed agreeable with the Project Executive. Qualifications \u2022Bachelor\u2019s Degree Engineering is required\u2022At least 30 years of aviation experience is required\u2022Professional Engineering license is required\u2022Ability to utilize computer systems as a tool to effectively manage projects.\u2022Must have developed skills in leadership, oral and written communication, planning, team work, decision making, judgment and problem solving.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity\/Affirmative Action Employer. Jeffrey Jacobs is President of Jacobs Entertainment Inc, a film buying and marketing firm. He has 35 years of experience in the exhibition, marketing and distribution of American independent and international cinema in the U.S. He is perhaps best known as the founding film buyer for the Angelika Film Center in New York City which under his supervision (from opening day in 1989 until 1997) became the highest grossing art cinema in the country. He was the Managing Director and Film Buyer of the Paris Theatre from 1998 to 2009. At present, he programs over 50 movie theatre screens across the country.
