Responsibilities

As a Management & Program Analyst in the New York ACO Branch, the incumbent possesses a fundamental understanding of database and application development concepts. Duties include collecting, analyzing and presenting data using a variety of tools and transferring/connecting data across a variety of platforms to ensure integration of data at the local and national level. The incumbent is responsible for collecting data requirements to meet organizational needs, and developing and maintaining a dashboard display which enables the office to track and improve all key performance indicators in order to work more efficiently. The incumbent recommends an approach for data collection, display, and analysis which integrates feedback to meet the needs of all contributors and stakeholders. The incumbent coordinates and collaborates with employees who perform data management duties in other offices, branches and divisions. Responsibilities include making recommendations to management regarding issues of policy interpretations that influence data collection and reporting. As directed by the manager, the incumbent provides mentoring to technical support staff in accomplishment of program objectives. The incumbent performs other duties as assigned. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
