Job Description NESCO Resource - We are partnering with one of our largest airline clients and have multiple openings for a Training Program Developer - WBT in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. If you have questions about this position description below, contact Susan at Position: Training Program Developer - WBT Industry - Airline/Aerospace Type: Contract Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour Job Description Revise and update training programs using Instructional Systems Design principles in support of our client's maintenance training program. Works collaboratively with training management, customers, instructional staff and subject matter experts to create effective, skills based training solutions. The focus of this position will be on the client's Technical Operations Web Based products. Responsibilities/Duties \ Revise web-based content to HTML5 based on team objectives and to team standards \ Work collaboratively with a diverse team (department managers and supervisors, customer representatives, subject matter experts, instructional staff, program developers) \ Deliver customer focused products and services \ Take ownership of assigned projects and do what is necessary to ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule and to department standards \ Provide timely status updates and reports on assigned projects to supervisor Software / Application HTML, CSS3, JavaScript Adobe Creative Cloud (Animate, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Captivate Job Qualifications \ Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional systems design. \ Practical experience using ISD principles and the ADDIE process to include adult learning theories, interactive training and learning design \ Three or more years e-learning development experience \ Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) related to packaging and uploading training content \ Deadline oriented \ Ability to build interpersonal relationships and foster an environment of working together \ Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Preferred Qualifications / Skills \ FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate or experience in the aviation industry \ Working knowledge of FAA, OSHA, EPA and other governmental regulations pertaining to training \ ASTD CPLP certification \ Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) \ Previous experience with version control systems \ Familiarity with Kirkpatrick's method of evaluation
