Aviation Supervisor Jobs
An aviation supervisor job involves supervising and controlling all the front office services of a company ensuring that a seamless customer service is delivered to passengers by ensuring detailed coordination between all the frontline units. For this an aviation supervisor must understand the logistics to the airports; must communicate effectively with Supply FP around any deviations in demand, supply and distribution; and remove obstacles at airport side that prevents optimal supply structures. An aviation supervisor will ensure optimum utilization of manpower on the shift whilst providing the expected high level of service. An aviation supervisor will be responsible for training, recruitment and grooming of the staff.
An aviation supervisor job requires a degree preferably in aviation or hospitality management from a recognized institute. For an aviation supervisor computer skills and financial management knowledge is essential. Fluency in an additional language is preferable, but not essential. An aviation supervisor should have 2+ years of experience of which a minimum of 1 year should have been at a supervisory level in a guest services or front office operation.
