Global Management Services, LLC (GMS) is seeking a Senior Analyst Lead RSW at Richmond, VA.
The Release Strategy Workflow (RSW) SA Lead is responsible for management of the incoming workload, to include, RSWs, Long Term Contract (LTC) reviews, and Advance Tech Block’s distribution for processing. Ensure subject work is distributed equally to assigned SA’s. Ensure new SA’s obtain required accesses for DLA Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) and for any required DLIS data bases. Monitor SA’s workload for accuracy prior to the release of the RSW. At a minimum, RSW SA Lead will monitor the performance of the SA’s doing the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily reviews and updates in EBS. These reviews may require intensive research to insure the stability of the most current data requirements. These requirements may include research of drawing data, Quality assurance, manufacturing, and testing of the material.
Perform catalog actions to update the material data
Perform research on past manufacturing data.
Perform screening of new drawing data being added to the current requirement data by Product Data Specialist to insure accuracy.
Communicate with material manufactures via Phone and Email.
Communicate with Engineering Service Activity’s (ESA) to resolve issues with the data provided by the ESA in the past and for future requirements.
Provide complete and accurate information on RSW workload processes on monthly report.
Maintain constant communication between appropriate DLA Aviation support personnel.

Job Requirements :
Required:
The individual working in this position must have eight (8) years’ experience applying knowledge of Aviation logistics and quality assurance functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze and evaluate information used by DLA Aviation to manage the technical data used to manufacture material used by multiple military services on their aircraft or components.
Must have a Security Clearance appropriate for position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience showing good communication, interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
Must be task oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and work as team member as well as a team lead.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and expertise with Microsoft Office, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, word documents, managing emails, files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Analyzing needs and determine appropriate actions.
The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
Preferred:
Military aircraft maintenance and logistical experience is desirable.
Team lead experience
