As the term suggests, aviation management refers to the overall management of aviation and airline services and ensure the smooth flow of all air travel. In order to be an aviation manager, the candidate must possess a Master's degree in aviation management. The candidate can also complete an equivalent graduate degree in business law, business administration, accounting, commercial law, economics, industrial management, finance, engineering, statistics, transportation, traffic management and motor mechanics. Candidates can also earn Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management online degree.



Aviation managers are offered competitive salaries and benefits. They are entitled to life and health insurance, annual and sick leaves and a host of retirement benefits also. The salary can range from a median income of $29,000 to $146,000. Salaries vary from company to company, area to area and from state to state also.
